Home remedies for cough, bad breath and acidity

This is an ultimate solution for all—young and old. Before going to bed, just rub vicks vaporub on your feet, massage properly, wear socks and have a good night sleep. The next morning, you are absolutely relieved of cough. Trust me. I have tried that with my kids.

Bad Breath

Chew saunf or ani seeds time to time. You can also chew a few leaves of Tulsi plant or Gurgle with camphor water on a regular basis. You can also chew cardamom to fight bad breath. At times for long lasting fresh breath, you can also drink spice tea. Mix 4 whole cloves and 2 tablespoons broken cinnamon sticks in 2 cups of water and let it boil and then strain and drink Mint leaves in hot water also helps in removing bad breath.

Acidity

To get relief from acidity, chew a clove for sometime or eat a pie of gur or jaggery after meal.
