Other prevetive measures for UTIs
- Never hold back the urge to urinate.
- Avoid artificial sweeteners, spicy, oily foods, cheese, chocolates, alcohol, beer, soda and carbonated drinks.
- Wear cotton panties.
- Avoid tight fitted clothes.
- Wash your genital area before and after a sexual intercourse.
- Also urinate before and after an intercourse.
