Teeth Whitening at Home
Strawberries: Strawberries contain natural teeth whitening agent like malic acid, which acts as an astringent to remove surface discoloration. The strawberry seeds work great for cleaning. For easy and quick application, either rub the strawberry against your teeth, or mash it up and use it like toothpaste.

Strawberries and baking soda:Combined with baking soda, strawberries become a natural tooth-cleanser, buffing away stains from coffee, red wine, and dark sodas. This is a fast, cheap way to brighten your smile. Take 1 ripe strawberry and 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. Crush the strawberry to a pulp, then mix with the baking soda until properly mixed. Use a soft toothbrush to spread the mixture onto your teeth. Brush thoroughly after 5 minutes with toothpaste to remove the mixture. Rinse. Apply once a week. Repeated application may harm the enamel of your teeth.
Baking Soda: Baking soda is safe to use and works fairly quickly. You can use it alone on a damp toothbrush or mix it with toothpaste and brush your teeth.

Wood Ash: Hard wood ash helps whiten teeth as it contains potassium hydroxide that bleaches your teeth. It scrapes off plague in hard to reach places and will scrub them clean. To apply it to your teeth, you can put it directly on your toothbrush or mix it with a small amount of toothpaste. Dont use this regularly.

Baking soda, salt and hydrogen peroxide:Take a small bowl that has a cover. Mix 1/4 cup of baking soda and 1/4 cup of salt and shake it. Take your toothbrush and soak it in peroxide for about a minute and then dip your toothbrush into the mixture. Brush your teeth for about 2 minutes using this mixture. Rinse your mouth brush with toothpaste for about 2 minutes and rinse.


Home made toothpaste
A great toothpaste substitute is to mix baking soda and peroxide together to form a toothpaste-like paste. Brush onto your teeth and then rinse thoroughly. You can use this paste once a week.

Quick spot treatment
For a quick spot treatment, dip a ear bud into peroxide and rub onto teeth. You can also take a capful of peroxide and swish in your mouth for few minutes. Just be sure to spit and rinse your mouth a number of times so that you don’t swallow any.
